We gather your photos, reviews, services and hours from what is already public, and build the site around them. Nothing needed from you while it happens.
You get a link. Wrong photo, wrong hours, a service we missed: say so and we fix it. Nothing goes live until you are happy.
We point it at your domain, or help you get one, and hand you the login. From then on it is yours to change whenever you want.
The price
The build
Design and build, your content gathered and written up, and everything set up so it is live and working. Paid when you are happy with it, not before.
Keeping it running
Hosting, the security certificate, backups, and someone to ring when something needs changing. Cancel whenever, the site stays yours.
Domain registration is billed by the registrar, usually around $15 a year, and you own it. If you already have one we move it across at no charge.
Straight answers
Yes. Once the build is paid for, the site and everything on it is yours. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, we hand it over and help you do it rather than holding it hostage.
You get your own login. Text, prices, photos, hours, all editable from your phone in a couple of minutes. If you would rather we did it, ask and we will, at no extra cost.
Hosting, the security certificate that stops browsers warning people away, backups, and keeping the thing online and updated. It is not a payment plan for the build, and it does not creep up.
No. If you have one we move it across at no charge. If you do not, we help you register one, usually around $15 a year paid to the registrar, and it is registered in your name, not ours.
About a week from the point you say go, and most of that is us working rather than you waiting on a form. The slow part is usually waiting for you to have five minutes to look it over.
Then the question is whether it is doing its job. If it loads slowly, looks wrong on a phone, or has not been touched in years, we will tell you straight whether it is worth rebuilding or leaving alone.
No. The monthly is month to month and you can stop any time. If you stop, you keep the site, we just stop hosting it. Nothing to cancel by registered post, no minimum term.
Because we are not sitting in meetings about it. The gathering and the first build are heavily automated, and a person does the design, the writing and the checking. You are paying for the parts that need judgement, not for a project manager's diary.
