Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Spot Studio, 1548 Collins Ave, Richmond Heights, MO 63117. By using the site, contacting us, or engaging us for work, you agree to them.

Program. Spot Studio sends text messages to people who have contacted us first: you submitted a form on this site, booked a call, replied to us, or are an existing client with work in progress. Messages are about your inquiry or your project, such as answering a question, arranging a call or a site visit, or confirming something before we proceed.

Consent. By giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you, you agree that we may reply by text. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can give us an email address instead and we will use that.

Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation. There is no recurring broadcast.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you for messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation, and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@getspotstudio.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset, and we cannot guarantee it.

How we handle your number is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: mobile information and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Prices shown on this site and figures in a proposal are estimates for planning. A project is confirmed only when both sides agree the scope in writing. If the scope changes, the quote may change, and we will tell you before doing the extra work.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, work on a website begins once the build fee is paid, and any recurring hosting fee is billed monthly from the date the site goes live. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card details.

A monthly plan can be canceled at any time and stops at the end of the current period. If you cancel, you keep the site and its content; we simply stop hosting and maintaining it. Fees already paid for a period that has started are not refunded.

Timelines we give are estimates and depend on getting the information and approvals we ask for. We will tell you promptly if something is going to take longer.

Once the work is paid for, the finished website and its content are yours. If you later want to host it elsewhere, we will hand it over rather than hold it back.

You are responsible for making sure anything you ask us to publish is accurate and yours to use, including logos, photographs, offers, prices, and any professional or licensing claims. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Do not misuse this site, attempt to break its security, or submit unlawful, infringing or deliberately false content through its forms.

The site and the services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Missouri.
